Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], August 17 (ANI): Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav expressed hope that no injustice would be done to aspirants demanding reservation after the Allahabad High Court cancelled the result of 69,000 assistant teacher recruitments in Uttar Pradesh.
Notably, the recruitment of 69,000 assistant teachers in Uttar Pradesh was cancelled, and the Lucknow High Court’s Double Bench ordered the issuance of fresh results. The new list should be made by following the Reservation Rules of 1981 and 1994.
“I hope that there will be no injustice done to the aspirants who are demanding reservation. They will get justice. The fight for the reservation was long. The list of discrimination made by the government, we hope that those children will get justice,” the Samajwadi Party chief said.
The recruitment was cancelled due to non-compliance with reservation rules. The court ordered fresh results to be issued, following the Reservation Rules of 1981 and 1994.
Akhilesh Yadav acknowledged the long struggle of the aspirants and hoped the government would provide justice and prevent future injustices.
“Those aspirants have struggled for a very long time. Probably no one has done such a big movement, such a long movement as those aspirants have done. They had to face a lot of trouble. We hope that the government will give them justice, will not do injustice to them and the government will also take care of this in future,” he added.
Samajwadi Party MP Dimple Yadav welcomed the High Court’s decision on the teacher recruitment case but reminded that we should not forget the torture the ruling party has done.
Samajwadi Party MP Dimple told ANI, “It is good, but we should not forget the torture the ruling party has done.” While speaking to ANI, Dimple Yadav said, “It is good, but we should not forget the torture the ruling party has done… People have made up their minds to remove the BJP… We welcome the High Court’s decision.” (ANI)
