Rudraprayag (Uttarakhand) [India], November 12 (ANI): Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami addressed the public at the Scheduled Caste Swabhiman Sammelan organized at Chandrapuri in Kedarnath Assembly and highlighted the policies of the BJP and the development work done in the state.
On this occasion, while seeking support for BJP candidate Asha Nautiyal, he said that it is necessary to make the BJP victorious for the development and welfare of the Kedarnath Assembly constituency.

He said that the government aims to take every section of the society forward through development works, and the BJP’s resolve is to ensure the all-round development of the Kedarnath Assembly.
Chief Minister Dhami, in his address, underlined the commitment of the state government towards the empowerment of the Scheduled Caste community. He said that the BJP government has launched many important schemes keeping in mind the upliftment and respect of all sections of the society, which are also benefiting the Scheduled Caste community. BJP’s schemes to provide self-respect and equal opportunity have re-established trust and self-respect among the Scheduled Caste community.
In his address, the Chief Minister attacked the Congress and said that those who were earlier engaged in building illegal shrines are today talking about the protection of holy shrines.
He said that the politics of Congress is limited only to gaining power, while the aim of the BJP is to preserve the culture and traditions of Devbhoomi and lead the state on the path of development. He also said that on November 23, the lies and misleading promises of Congress will be exposed, and the public will know the truth.
CM Dhami attacked the Congress party and put it in the dock for the alleged corruption and mismanagement in the relief work during the 2013 Kedarnath disaster. Addressing a gathering at Chandrapuri in Rudraprayag district, the Chief Minister said that the Congress turned the relief work at the time of disaster into an opportunity for a scam, putting the lives of thousands of people at risk.
Referring to the Kedarnath disaster of 2013, the Chief Minister said that due to the lack of better management and the negligence of the Congress, thousands of devotees lost their lives. He questioned the working style of the Congress, in which personal interests were given priority over disaster management.
He said that the Congress leaders saw an opportunity for scams even in a holy place like Kedarnath and did politics on the suffering of the people.
Referring to the sentiments of the people of the Kedarnath Assembly, the Chief Minister said that the support of the people in this area is unwavering for the BJP. He said that the development work, employment generation and cultural reconstruction steps taken by the BJP in the Kedarnath area are the basis of public support. This support reflects the BJP’s commitment to service and development towards the people, and it makes it clear that the people of this assembly constituency are seeing their hopes only in the leadership of the BJP.
CM Dhami on this occasion appealed for support for BJP candidate Nautiyal and said that he has come in support of the BJP candidate from the Kedarnath assembly seat. He called upon the public to make Nautiyal victorious with a huge majority for the overall development and welfare of the area.
The Chief Minister finally emphasized the comprehensive vision of the BJP, which includes his government’s commitment to the culture, development of the state and the progress of every section of the society.
He said that important steps are being taken towards improving sports, education, health and other sectors in the state. CM Dhami appealed to the public to continue supporting the BJP so that the state can be led on the path of progress. This support of the public will ensure the victory of the BJP in the Kedarnath assembly and will further accelerate the pace of development in the state. (ANI)
